24 hour keycard access is available to all members with a current/active gym membership.
However, it is important to note:
*** THE GYM OFFICE IS -NOT- OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY ***
We know this sounds confusing at first, but we promise you it's not as complicated as you might think. Basically - once you've got your membership & access card, all you have to do is keep it up to date, and you're golden! (see what we did there? :P )
Our wonderful staff are on site during posted office hours and would be happy to answer your questions, or assist you with any drop-in visits, signups, renewals, or purchases.
That being said - Although we are 24 hour gym, we care about our employees and want to be respectful of their personal time. In that spirit, we do not respond to phone calls (or last minute requests) outside of office hours.

This is definitely the most common question we encounter day to day.
If you believe you have left something behind at the gym, please return to the gym and follow these steps / retrace the areas you were in BEFORE asking our staff to look for you. (***See below for more information)
If you have misplaced an electronic device (headphones/AirPods, smart watch, speaker, etc), Please review these steps to help you locate it:

Due to the high volume of items that are left behind at the gym every day, our staff cannot interrupt their work to search the facility (or review several hours/days of security footage) for basic personal belongings. We know your stuff is important to you, and we would love to help you - but spending hours every week hunting down multiple pairs of AirPods on others' behalf (often to have them turn up in the owner's house/car/gym bag/coat) simply isn't sustainable or fair to our employees.
Moving forward, we must respectfully ask that members be mindful of our team's time, and to conduct a thorough search for their own personal items before involving gym staff.
*If the lost item is of extremely high value/importance (wallet, wedding ring, car keys - you get the idea...), or if you believe your belongings may have been taken by someone else, please do not hesitate to reach out to us immediately for assistance ♥
Yes! Friends and family are absolutely welcome to purchase a drop-in, or short term pass during their stay in Golden. Please get in touch with us if they are unable to sign up or pick up their passes during our regular office hours, and we will do our best to accommodate.
ALL VISITORS/ DROP-INS MUST BE CLEARED IN ADVANCE WITH GYM MANAGEMENT.

We are happy to announce that as of July 1, 2021, BC Public Health has lifted the capacity limits for gyms.
HOWEVER - IN ORDER TO AVOID CROWDING IN THE GYM, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE LIMIT YOUR WORKOUTS TO 1 HOUR DURING PEAK* TIMES.
*Our peak (busiest) times are from 3-6 PM on weekdays, and 11-2 PM on weekends. If possible, we suggest that you plan your workout outside of peak times to enjoy a less busy gym space. You might even be lucky enough to have the whole place to yourself!
As of April 2022, BC Public Health has removed the requirement to show proof of vaccination in order to access fitness facilities.
