Absolutely! Drop-in visits are available. Set up an account with our GymMaster app, pay for a drop in and presto, time to exercise.
Please note - the payment goes through when you open the gym door - it will charge you a second time if you exit and re-enter.

We care about our members' health, but we also care about protecting the beautiful environment around us. That's why we searched high and low to find the ultimate "unicorn" of cleaning sprays that checked every box. This is definitely the most common question we encounter day to day.
We do not have any staff on-site regularly. Our cleaning crew will gather any found items in our lost and found box.
If you believe you have left something behind at the gym, please return to the gym and follow these steps / retrace the areas you were in BEFORE asking our staff to look for you. (***See below for more information)
If you have misplaced an electronic device (headphones/AirPods, smart watch, speaker, etc), Please review these steps to help you locate it:
Yes! Friends and family are absolutely welcome to purchase a drop-in, or short term pass during their stay in Golden. Please get in touch with us if they are unable to sign up or pick up their passes during our regular office hours, and we will do our best to accommodate.
ALL VISITORS/ DROP-INS MUST BE CLEARED IN ADVANCE WITH GYM MANAGEMENT.

We are happy to announce that as of July 1, 2021, BC Public Health has lifted the capacity limits for gyms.
HOWEVER - IN ORDER TO AVOID CROWDING IN THE GYM, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE LIMIT YOUR WORKOUTS TO 1 HOUR DURING PEAK* TIMES.
*Our peak (busiest) times are from 3-6 PM on weekdays, and 11-2 PM on weekends. If possible, we suggest that you plan your workout outside of peak times to enjoy a less busy gym space. You might even be lucky enough to have the whole place to yourself!
As of April 2022, BC Public Health has removed the requirement to show proof of vaccination in order to access fitness facilities.
Refunds will be considered within 14 days of purchase, with a proof of purchase.
All refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
As of October 2024 we no longer sell supplements, merch, or equipment.
*** Note, if you are a past member from Pre August 2024 - membership refunds are being managed by info@goldensgym.ca.
